Crack filling is the process of cleaning out
cracks that are ¼” and wider and then
applying a melted rubber material into the
crack.
Water Intrusion
Crack filling is important for reducing
water intrusion. Reduced Water intrusion
means cracks appear less frequently.
When to Crack Fill?
Crack filling’s lifespan varies, but we
recommend filling cracks about every
5 years in conjunction with sealcoating.
